Position: Senior Surveyor/Department Head

Company is seeking a CA Registered Professional Land Surveyor with 5-10
years experience and record of leadership capabilities in areas of
communication, professional approach, personnel and project management.
The Senior Professional Surveyor/Department Head will manage the Eureka
survey department, develop projects, schedule projects, schedule personnel,
manage projects & personnel, and mentor personnel in all offices. Also, the
Senior Professional Surveyor/Department Head will provide quality
assurance/control in all offices and be responsible for operations and
direction of department and for personnel within department.
The Senior Professional Surveyor/Department Head must be a leader who is
able to inspire others. The primary function of this position is to support
the Service Director by acting as their local representative; to manage the
department; to oversee the technical quality of projects; to hire, train,
and retain technical staff; to commit technical resources to projects; and
to perform business development activities in conjunction with the
Regional Managers.
Education/Registrations/Certifications: Graduation from an accredited
survey/geomatics program preferred
Salary: Commensurate with experience
